“I just checked on the shipment update side of things and that is all fixed absolutely perfect!!! Bugs happen I am just glad it was such a quick fix for you. One MAJOR benefit from Ship Blinks side of things over Ready To Ship is if we change an order status in Big Commerce it actually updates in Ship Blink regardless of if a label is printed. This is huge for a number of reasons 1. It isn’t causing my team to go in and out of the system to verify if something has or hasn’t been shipped. 2. Sometimes customers purchase items separately through eBay instead of putting them in the same cart and checking out together which creates 2 orders in Bigcommerce and everything else. We only need to post one and then update the other in big commerce which actually reflects in ship blink. 3. Sometimes we locally deliver items ourselves with Ready To Ship we basically had to create an INTERNAL postage carrier which was causing us to have to input data up to 3 times which was a pain now we can just click shipped in the bigcommerce side and it updates in Ship Blink. (THIS IS HUGE FOR US!!!) I understand everything I have said above might be a little confusing but you have honestly made our lives that much easier just having that there.”
