What are the different pricing options available through ShipBlink?

Does the cost of the subscription include shipping label or package insurance costs?
No, the cost of the subscription does not include the cost of shipping labels or insurance fees should you wish to add insurance and protect your packages from Loss, Theft or Damage.
Where do I add funds for the cost of shipping labels or Insurance?
ShipBlink is currently partnered with EasyPost to provide you access to the lowest prices for both labels and shipping insurance. You will need to set up and fund an EasyPost wallet using the account you created during onboarding with ShipBlink and ShipBlink will automatically use those funds towards your label and insurance purchases.

Where can I view my subscription payment activity?
You can view ShipBlink subscription payment events in your Shopify billing page.
Where can I view my label & insurance payments?
Label and insurance purchases that were funded through your EasyPost wallet can be viewed in EasyPost > Account/Billing page under the Reports subsection.
How do I change or cancel my subscription plan?
To change your subscription or to cancel your subscription, please reach out to ShipBlink Support.
What happens if I exceed my plan usage maximums?
If you are on a subscription plan that has a max number of shipping labels or rating calls listed and you exceed your plan maximum in a billing period, you will be asked to upgrade your subscription plan.
